Hare Prior to founding SL Hare Capital in 2006, Mr. Hare served for 11 years as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Chatsworth Securities, LLC, a Greenwich, Connecticut investment banking firm. Previously, Mr. Hare was Director of Capital Markets at Luther, Smith & Small and was also Deputy Chief of Finance in the US Small Business Administration’s Los Angeles office. A US Air Force Communications System Intelligence Veteran, Mr. Hare is active in community and civic affairs. The California State Senate honored Mr. Hare with a Special Resolution in recognition of his extensive contributions to the state, including his work with inner city education, mentoring programs and work on the Rebuild LA Committee. Mr. Hare is also a board member of the National Utilities Diversity Council and the Transportation Foundation of Los Angeles. Mr. Hare is Series 7, 24, 28, 53, 22, and 63 Registered Bill Winston Prior to joining SL Hare Capital, Mr. Winston was Vice President of Wells Fargo Investment Private Client Services. He also previously served as a Senior Financial Consultant at Washington Mutual. Mr. Winston was also a Senior Vice President of Luther, Smith & Small, a Los Angeles-based investment banking firm. Mr. Winston served as executive assistant to former Los Angeles Mayor Tom Bradley. Mr. Winston is a National Urban Fellow and received his Masters in City Planning from the Cal State University - Fresno and his Masters in Government from Occidental College. He also did graduate work at Yale University. Mr. Winston received his BA from Fresno State. Mr. Winston is Series 7, 24, and 66 Registered. Johnathan Boyce Prior to joining SL Hare Capital, Mr. Boyce managed a multi-billion dollar loan portfolio while working at a Fortune 100 securities dealer. Johnathan also served as the Lead Analyst during the securitization process for over $17 billion of deals, including the largest securitization in the history of Wall Street (as of the date of the securitization). As a Lead Design Engineer for a major engineering firm, he successfully led the roadway design team for the Alameda Corridor Design-Build Project budgeted at $2.4 billion. Mr. Boyce earned his M.B.A. from the University of Southern California at the Marshall School of Business. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Irvine. Mr. Boyce is Series 7 and Series 63 Registered. |
